Bring all of your completed paperwork to registration:
› Signed Waivers
› Signed Medication Forms
› Proof of Background Checks done in the last year on all adults
› Proof of completion of Sexual Abuse Awareness Training in the last two years for all adults
For all students with medications: Have medications in original containers placed in a one gallon bag that is labeled with the students name and church group
Bring a check for your final payment made to “Waters Edge Encampment”
